Ground Row Process



I based with yellow ochre and then roughly mapped out elevations with chalk. I then layered glazes of burnt sienna, burnt umber, yellow ochre. After finishing the glazes, I painted in the houses and final details.






Kitchen Floor Process

Base floor with two layers of an off white. snap chalk lines, and line tiles every 18”with brown marker
layer a mix of glazes with sponge rollers. When dry do a second layer of the burnt sienna
line floor with the base color.spray with a 1:6 h20 mix of oat straw and a 1:10h20 van dyke brown.

Porch Deck Floor Pieces Process

Base floor with two layers of the glidden mixed “off white” snap chalk lines and then line.
Using a 4”lay in brush and a mixed color glaze, drag the brush over planks.
 layer glazes, with last layer being a 1:6h20 van dyke brown wash. line planks with the grey glaze.when dry, distress with van dyke brown spray. pad seal two layers of satin minwax.







 Floor process









i primed the floor with kilz, and then did a base of yellow ochre. sammie and i scumbled yellow ochre, burnt sienna, and burnt umber .
